The hotel has some solid highlights like a great breakfast buffet and an enjoyable pool area, with friendly service from the staff. However, the facilities need a lot of maintenance, and I encountered several issues that made my stay less than ideal, including the cleanliness of the room and the availability of basic amenities.

This hotel boasts a prime location with stunning ocean views, but unfortunately, it falls short in many areas. The rooms are outdated and not well-maintained, contributing to a less than comfortable stay. While there have been some improvements to the staff service, they still have a long way to go. Dining options were disappointing, and cleanliness was a major concern.

My stay at this resort was quite the disappointment. The building is visually impressive, but that’s where the positives end. My room was dirty with mold in the bathroom, and the beach area was littered and noisy. Although I’ve loved this place in the past, the maintenance issues and poor food quality left me wishing for a better experience.
